For our growing German Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager focused on developing business and clients for the DACH Market, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment and being at the front line with key stakeholders.Develop a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.Assume high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and work hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.Advise on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.Attach to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies.
