If you're looking to join a collaborative culture where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is visible, we'd love to meet you About the role:As a Billing Specialist, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices. Your main tasks will be : Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery Handling billing related requests from internal teams and clients (B2B & B2C) Owning the configuration of new clients billing/platform set ups Managing churn related billing workflows, and leading billing negotiations such as termination contracts and settlement agreements Discover new opportunities for process improvements Assist Customer Success and Customer Care teams in the billing strategy to apply Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service You would be great fit if you have: 2 years min experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role (in a B2B SaaS start-up is a plus). Fluency in English and French (additional languages such as German or Dutch are a strong plus) Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated Attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers What We OfferVibrant office in Passatge St. Joan, BarcelonaHybrid work, with 1 remote day per week.Work from anywhere – Travel & work remotely for up to 15 days per year.
