Billing Specialist

Fever is looking for a Billing Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient invoicing for our clients. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and with a solid finance or administrative background. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, supporting day-to-day billing operations, and ensuring invoices are properly issued and tracked until payment.

About the role

• Generate, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure billing aligns with commercial terms.
• Track and reconcile payments against issued invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, billing schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support reporting activities by preparing summaries of billing and collections.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing processes.
• Assist in improving billing workflows and supporting automation initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (billing, finance, or administrative roles).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus.
