Billing Specialist
Fever is looking for a Billing Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient invoicing for our clients. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and with a solid finance or administrative background. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, supporting day-to-day billing operations, and ensuring invoices are properly issued and tracked until payment.
About the Role:Generate, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.Review contracts and agreements to ensure billing aligns with commercial terms.Track and reconcile payments against issued invoices.Maintain accurate records of invoices, billing schedules, and supporting documentation.Support reporting activities by preparing summaries of billing and collections.Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing processes.Assist in improving billing workflows and supporting automation initiatives.About You:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of relevant experience (billing, finance, or administrative roles).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus.Excellent written and spoken English.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar roles.Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus.Benefits & Perks:
