Business Development Representative, English speaker Join our team as a Business Development Representative at Trimble Inc. (Transporeon). Responsibilities Build the sales pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) through outbound prospecting. Initiate the first contact with prospects and qualify their interest. Own the initial point of contact, acting as the intermediary between marketing and sales. Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email. Schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Department. Drive effective cross‑functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Business Development Representative roles (logistics experience is a nice‑to‑have but not mandatory). Fluent in English (a must‑have). Additional languages are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills. Critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving skills.
