Also validates and proposes GenAI initiatives for engineering , aligning innovation with business goals. Your key responsibilities: As a  IT Area Lead you will be accountable for defining and executing strategy across both domains, ensuring availability and stability of critical services, overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will as a technical and organizational leader, promoting collaboration, compliance, and innovation while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Reporting to the Engineering Platform Tribe Lead, as IT Area Lead of SRE & ITSM you will be responsible for: Availability, stability and resilience Define and execute strategy for SRE and ITSM domains. Ensure availability, stability, and resilience of critical banking services. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes. Align technology initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Drive automation, observability, and performance optimization. Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for operational excellence. Enable Efficiency and Scalability Validate and propose GenAI initiatives for engineering. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive simplification and standardization of technology solutions across squads and tribes, ensuring consistency and alignment with global Tech strategy. Identify opportunities to centralize activities, reducing complexity and enabling efficiency through shared services. Foster collaboration with Tribes, Architecture and Security teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and future-proof. Leadership and Culture Act as a role model for Orange Behaviors, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop Chapter Leads and engineers, ensuring high craftsmanship and readiness for evolving technology landscapes. Champion a culture of operational excellence within the tribe and across IT domains. Strategic alignment and cross collaboration Collaborate with Tech, Retail and COO leadership to align Tech strategies with business priorities and transformation objectives. Participate and lead in the CIO MT Extended challenges to drive the Tech Strategy with excellence Stablish a strategic and executive alignment with ING Hubs to ensure success and excellence of entrusted services Vendor Management Define sourcing strategies for IT services that are scalable and bring the best return on investment Fit for purpose sourcing of IT goods (procurement) and services (contracting/consulting) to accommodate business demands and/or expansion.
