Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Area Lead to join our Channels, Customer & Data Team Team of Growth

The responsibility of this team is to lead initiatives that enable business growth, focusing on customer acquisition, communications technology, advanced analytics and personalization.

Your key responsibilities:

As a  IT Area Lead you will drive the implementation of transformative initiatives such as Engagement Funnel, coordinating and leading for the design and deployment of solutions both locally and globally. Act as a strategic leader fostering collaboration, innovation, and craftsmanship while aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and global standards.

Reporting to the Channels, Customer and Data IT Lead, as IT Area Lead of Growth you will be responsible for:

Driving Growth Technology Strategy

Define and execute a clear vision and strategy for Martech and acquisition technologies, ensuring compliance, scalability, and efficiency across the organization.

Lead the design and governance of the Engagement Funnel, enabling data-driven customer journeys and conversion optimization.

Coordinate globally for the successful implementation and adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud and related platforms.

Ensure technology solutions support Paid Media, SEO/ASO, Digital Sales, and Brand activation initiatives.

Enable Efficiency and Scalability

Promote operational models that leverage automation, personalization, and advanced analytics to optimize acquisition and engagement processes.

Drive simplification and standardization of technology solutions across squads and tribes, ensuring consistency and alignment with global Tech strategy.

Identify opportunities to centralize activities, reducing complexity and enabling efficiency through shared services.

Foster collaboration with Tribes, Architecture and Security teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and future-proof.

Leadership and Culture

Act as a role model for Orange Behaviors, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop Chapter Leads and engineers, ensuring high craftsmanship and readiness for evolving technology landscapes.

Champion a culture of operational excellence within the tribe and across IT domains.

Strategic alignment and cross collaboration

Collaborate with Tech, Retail and COO leadership to align Tech strategies with business priorities and transformation objectives.

Participate and lead in the CIO MT Extended challenges to drive the Tech Strategy with excellence

Stablish a strategic and executive alignment with ING Hubs to ensure success and excellence of entrusted services

Vendor Management

Define sourcing strategies for IT services that are scalable and bring the best return on investment

Fit for purpose sourcing of IT goods (procurement) and services (contracting/consulting) to accommodate business demands and/or expansion.

IT education background

Solid engineering background

Strong negotiation and communication skills, stakeholder management

Knowledge of market trends in IT processes, solutions & coding languages

Experience in an Agile organisation

Experience in functional management (output management)

Experience with strategic assignments and major changes

Excellent analytical skills, data driven decision making

Excellent level of English

Being inspiring and exude energy and passion

Having the ability to display style flexibility to teams and adapt plan, approach and behavior to the different needs and situations

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como IT Area Lead, liderarás la implementación de iniciativas transformadoras como el Engagement Funnel, coordinando y dirigiendo el diseño y despliegue de soluciones tanto a nivel local como global. Actuarás como líder estratégico, fomentando la colaboración, la innovación y la excelencia técnica, alineando las iniciativas tecnológicas con las prioridades del negocio y los estándares globales.

Reportando al Channels, Customer and Data IT Lead, como IT Area Lead of Growth serás responsable de:

Impulsar la estrategia tecnológica para el crecimiento

Definir y ejecutar una visión y estrategia claras para tecnologías de Martech y adquisición, garantizando cumplimiento, escalabilidad y eficiencia en toda la organización.

Liderar el diseño y la gobernanza del Engagement Funnel, habilitando recorridos de cliente basados en datos y optimización de conversión.

Coordinar globalmente la implementación y adopción exitosa de Adobe Experience Cloud y plataformas relacionadas.

Asegurar que las soluciones tecnológicas respalden iniciativas de Paid Media, SEO/ASO, Ventas Digitales y activación de marca.

Habilitar eficiencia y escalabilidad

Promover modelos operativos que aprovechen automatización, personalización y analítica avanzada para optimizar procesos de adquisición y engagement.

Impulsar la simplificación y estandarización de soluciones tecnológicas en squads y tribes, asegurando consistencia y alineación con la estrategia global de Tech.

Identificar oportunidades para centralizar actividades, reduciendo complejidad y habilitando eficiencia mediante servicios compartidos.

Fomentar la colaboración con equipos de Arquitectura y Seguridad para garantizar soluciones robustas, seguras y preparadas para el futuro.

Liderazgo y cultura

Actuar como referente de los Orange Behaviors, promoviendo colaboración, transparencia y mejora continua.

Acompañar y desarrollar a Chapter Leads e ingenieros/as, asegurando altos niveles de excelencia técnica y preparación para entornos tecnológicos en evolución.

Impulsar una cultura de excelencia operativa dentro del tribe y en todos los dominios de IT.

Alineación estratégica y colaboración transversal

Colaborar con liderazgo de Tech, Retail y COO para alinear estrategias tecnológicas con prioridades de negocio y objetivos de transformación.

Participar y liderar en los retos del CIO MT Extended para impulsar la estrategia tecnológica con excelencia.

Establecer una alineación estratégica y ejecutiva con los ING Hubs para garantizar el éxito y la excelencia de los servicios asignados.

Gestión de proveedores

Definir estrategias de aprovisionamiento para servicios IT que sean escalables y ofrezcan el mejor retorno de inversión.

Seleccionar de forma adecuada bienes y servicios IT (compras, contratación/consultoría) para responder a las demandas del negocio y/o expansión.

Formación en IT.

Sólida experiencia en ingeniería.

Experiencia en organizaciones ágiles.

Experiencia en gestión funcional (gestión por resultados).

Experiencia en asignaciones estratégicas y grandes cambios.

Excelentes habilidades analíticas y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Nivel excelente de inglés.

Capacidad para inspirar y transmitir energía y pasión.

Flexibilidad para adaptar estilo, planes y comportamiento a diferentes necesidades y situaciones.
