We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Area Lead to join our CIO Leadership Team as part of the Cloud & Tech Tribe.

 

Your mission will be to lead the vision and strategy for IT Risk, Operations, and Lifecycle Management to deliver secure, resilient, and efficient technology services at scale. Drive simplification and automation across processes, reducing complexity for tribes and enabling operational excellence. Act as a strategic leader fostering collaboration, innovation, and craftsmanship while aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and global standards.

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the Cloud & Tech Tribe Lead, as IT Area Lead of Tech Services in Cloud & Tech Tribe you will be responsible for:

1.Driving IT Risk, Operations and Lifecycle Management Strategy oDefine and execute a clear vision and strategy for IT Risk, Ops, and lifecycle management of Business Applications, ensuring compliance, and efficiency at scale across the organization. oEstablish governance and control frameworks that proactively guarantee risk compliance, management of IT Operations and Lifecycle Management Cycle. oMonitor and continuously improve operational KPIs to deliver efficient and quality services. 2.Enable Efficiency at Scale oDesign and promote scalable operational models that leverage automation, tooling, and best practices to minimize manual interventions and human error. oDrive simplification and standardization of processes across squads and tribes, ensuring consistency and alignment with global Tech strategy. oIdentify Tech activities that can be offloaded from the Tribes, reducing their cognitive load and creating efficiency through centralization. oFoster collaboration with Tribes, Architecture and Security teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and future-proof. 3.Leadership and Culture oAct as a role model for Orange Behaviors, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. oMentor and develop Chapter Leads and engineers, ensuring high craftsmanship and readiness for evolving technology landscapes. oChampion a culture of operational excellence within the tribe and across IT domains. 4.Strategic alignment and cross collaboration oCollaborate with Tech, Retail and COO leadership to align Tech strategies with business priorities and transformation objectives. oParticipate and lead in the CIO MT Extended challenges to drive the Tech Strategy with excellence oStablish a strategic and executive alignment with ING Hubs to ensure success and excellence of entrusted services 5.Vendor Management oDefine sourcing strategies for IT services that are scalable and bring the best return on investment oFit for purpose sourcing of IT goods (procurement) and services (contracting/consulting) to accommodate business demands and/or expansion.

Tu misión será liderar la visión y estrategia para IT Risk, Operaciones y Gestión del Ciclo de Vida, con el objetivo de ofrecer servicios tecnológicos seguros, resilientes y eficientes a gran escala. Impulsarás la simplificación y automatización de procesos, reduciendo la complejidad para los tribes y fomentando la excelencia operativa. Actuarás como líder estratégico, promoviendo la colaboración, la innovación y la excelencia técnica, alineando las iniciativas tecnológicas con las prioridades del negocio y los estándares globales.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Reportando al Cloud & Tech Tribe Lead, como IT Area Lead de Tech Services en Cloud & Tech Tribe serás responsable de:

Impulsar la estrategia de IT Risk, Operaciones y Gestión del Ciclo de Vida

Definir y ejecutar una visión y estrategia claras para IT Risk, Operaciones y gestión del ciclo de vida de aplicaciones de negocio, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia a gran escala en toda la organización.

Establecer marcos de gobernanza y control que aseguren proactivamente el cumplimiento de riesgos, la gestión de operaciones IT y del ciclo de vida.

Monitorizar y mejorar continuamente los KPIs operativos para ofrecer servicios eficientes y de calidad.

Habilitar la eficiencia a gran escala

Diseñar y promover modelos operativos escalables que aprovechen la automatización, herramientas y buenas prácticas para minimizar intervenciones manuales y errores humanos.

Impulsar la simplificación y estandarización de procesos en squads y tribes, asegurando consistencia y alineación con la estrategia global de Tech.

Identificar actividades tecnológicas que puedan centralizarse, reduciendo la carga cognitiva de los tribes y creando eficiencia mediante la centralización.

Fomentar la colaboración con equipos de Arquitectura y Seguridad para garantizar soluciones robustas, seguras y preparadas para el futuro.

Liderazgo y cultura

Actuar como referente de los Orange Behaviors, promoviendo la colaboración, la transparencia y la mejora continua.

Acompañar y desarrollar a Chapter Leads y personas ingenieras, asegurando altos niveles de excelencia técnica y preparación para entornos tecnológicos en evolución.

Impulsar una cultura de excelencia operativa dentro del tribe y en todos los dominios de IT.

Alineación estratégica y colaboración transversal

Colaborar con liderazgo de Tech, Retail y COO para alinear estrategias tecnológicas con prioridades de negocio y objetivos de transformación.

Participar y liderar en los retos del CIO MT Extended para impulsar la estrategia tecnológica con excelencia.

Establecer una alineación estratégica y ejecutiva con los ING Hubs para garantizar el éxito y la excelencia de los servicios asignados.

Gestión de proveedores

Definir estrategias de aprovisionamiento para servicios IT que sean escalables y ofrezcan el mejor retorno de inversión.

Seleccionar de forma adecuada bienes y servicios IT (compras, contratación/consultoría) para responder a las demandas del negocio y/o expansión.

Formación en IT.

Sólida experiencia en ingeniería.

Experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de servicios IT.

Experiencia en organizaciones ágiles.

Experiencia en gestión funcional (gestión por resultados).

Experiencia en asignaciones estratégicas y grandes cambios.

Excelentes habilidades analíticas y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Nivel excelente de inglés.

Capacidad para inspirar y transmitir energía y pasión.

Flexibilidad para adaptar estilo, planes y comportamiento a diferentes necesidades y situaciones.
