**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

We're looking for an awesome Lead Site Reliability Engineer and DevOps practitioner, to be part of the Engineering team and help us with the security, stability and scalability of our multi-site platform while being and operational enabler for the rest of the organization.

**A TYPICAL DAY**
- Implement and maintain a metrics collection, log management and service health check systems.
- Systems design consulting, infrastructure capacity planning and cost efficiency exercises.
- Triage and troubleshoot production issues enriching feedback loops to other engineering teams with blameless postmortems.
- Enable fast and reliable configuration changes and deployments to Engineering and Product teams.
- Implement artifacts lifecycle policies and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Maintain, customize and/or develop operational tooling that brings velocity to the engineering team.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 3+ years of experience as team and tech project manager
- 5+ years working in infrastructure and software engineering environments.
- Problem solving enthusiast and technical deep diver.
- Experienced engineer used to write software to solve problems.
- Experienced engineer on system’s bottlenecks analysis and scalability issues resolution.
- Open contributor, collaborator and team player.
- Computer Science fundamentals skillful: OS, Networking and Storage.
- Experienced engineer on platform enforcement and service protection against external attacks.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Experience with Ruby and/or Javascript is a plus.

- Blue-green deployment and A/B testing.
- Cloud-native development and serverless approach.
- Infrastructure as Code.
- Security as a first class citizen (DevSecOps).
- Microservices architecture.
- Measure everything and data-driven decisions.

**ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS**

- Do we have a match? Let’s move on to your **First Technical Interview** You will meet two of your future colleagues from the SRE area, who will explain to you in more detail what the team's day-to-day life is and its responsibilities. They will be very interested to know more about your experience in previous SRE leadership roles, as well as your background in infraestructure and coding skills.
- If everything has gone well and you have impressed our colleagues... we advance to the **Second Technical Interview** In line with the previous one, you will meet two other members of the SRE team, who will continue to deepen your knowledge at the level of methodologies, roles and previous projects, as well as in relation to your background in our reference technological environments (cloud, containers, Kubernetes, etc.)
- If you've made it this far, things are getting interesting... It's time for your **Final Interview** In this case, you will have the opportunity to meet one of our VP of Engineering, who will close the selection process with an interview aimed at getting to know you not only on a professional and technical level, but also on a personal level, so that both of you can reach the conclusion of whether the purpose of our project fits with your professional aspirations.
