Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Ventas zona centro y parte de Andalucía altamente motivado para liderar un equipo de ventas en el sector farmacéutico. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento de las ventas, optimicen las relaciones con clientes clave y aumenten la participación de mercado de nuestros productos farmacéuticos.Responsabilidades:Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.Gestionar y liderar un equipo de representantes de ventas, brindando apoyo en el desarrollo de habilidades y crecimiento profesional.Mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes clave, distribuidores y otros socios del sector de salud.Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de las ventas y el mercado, proponiendo ajustes en la estrategia cuando sea necesario.Colaborar con otros departamentos, como Marketing, para diseñar y ejecutar campañas comerciales efectivas.Identificar oportunidades de negocio, evaluar la competencia y realizar estudios de mercado para maximizar el impacto comercial de la línea de productos.Elaborar reportes de ventas detallados para la alta dirección y participar en la planificación de presupuestos y pronósticos de ventas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa y las políticas de la industria farmacéutica y de la compañía.Requisitos:Licenciatura/grado. Un MBA será considerado un plus.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas en la industria farmacéutica, preferentemente en oftalmología y dermatología.Conocimiento profundo del mercado farmacéutico y de sus dinámicas comerciales.Habilidades comprobadas en gestión de equipos y liderazgo de alto rendimiento.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados.Disponibilidad para viajar.Regional Sales Manager Madrid, Madrid, Spain | Permanent
