Be a problem-solver, bring solutions, not problems. Tell us what to do, not the opposite. Own the full sales cycle, understand it, build it, and later scale teams and processes on top of it. Be ready to start in the trenches, prospecting, doing Sales Ops, SDR, AE, and Customer Success all at once. Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving business growth. Lead with initiative, be autonomous, ready to make decisions, and to onboard and guide new team members. Set the standard, you'll become the sales referent for the entire company. Represent Timbal in calls, demos, and events — turning conversations into long-term partnerships. What You'll Do Build and execute a full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound to close. Design and refine our sales processes, playbooks, tools, and success metrics. Work directly with leadership to define the GTM strategy and growth roadmap. Manage your own pipeline, drive predictable revenue, and close enterprise-level deals. Set the foundation for scaling the team — including hiring, onboarding, and leading new sales reps. Constantly optimize, learn, and iterate — because excellence is built, not assumed. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally having built or structured sales processes before. Strong understanding of sales tools, CRMs, and automation systems. Ability to work autonomously, make decisions fast, and lead with confidence. Strong business sense — you understand the "why" behind every sale. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
