Catalan, Spanish, English Own the full sales cycle, understand it, build it, and later scale teams and processes on top of it. Be ready to start in the trenches, prospecting, doing Sales Ops, SDR, AE, and Customer Success all at once. Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving business growth. Set the standard, you’ll become the sales referent for the entire company. Build and execute a full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound to close. Design and refine our sales processes, playbooks, tools, and success metrics. Set the foundation for scaling the team — including hiring, onboarding, and leading new sales reps. 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally having built or structured sales processes before. ~ Strong understanding of sales tools, CRMs, and automation systems. ~ Strong business sense — you understand the “why” behind every sale. ~ Bonus: experience in early-stage startups or tech consulting. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to shape the entire sales function from the ground up, directly with the CEO. ~ 6-month review plan with clear career path toward Head of Sales ~ Performance-based bonus tied to results ~ We’re building a team of people who want to create with purpose, who don’t just want to work in sales, but to define what great sales looks like in the AI era.
