Executive Search Leader- Supporting MedTech & NeuroTech Leaders, Boards and VCs through the acquisition of talent, team, capital and community spirit… Head of Sales- SaaS NeuroSurgery- Netherlands or Europe Base Imagine seeing a neurosurgeon go quiet, speechless, after seeing your solution. You love watching their expressions change, their eyes light up, as their complex 2D patient images transform into a unique 3D solution that radically changes how they plan complex brain procedures. You don’t need to say it; they tell you : this will improve outcomes, reduce errors, and transform the way they can communicate with patients. I’m leading this exclusively retained search for the first-ever Head of Sales role for this exceptionally ast growing techmed start up. We need a special kind of Sales Leader. Not pushy or transactional, but a genuine relationship builder who can work closely with the CEO to shape strategy, decide GTM approaches, and lead expansion across Europe (and later the US). Qualifications Deep experience selling complex, long-cycle (6 months) B2B SaaS into hospitals and clinical environments, navigating multiple touchpoints A strong European network across hospitals, distributors, and KOLs (USA is a plus) Charisma, energy, integrity, a love for your solution and for learning and a personality that wins trust and builds long-term relationships Empathy, the ability to listen, curiosity, tenacity, and grit Success in the role includes: Quickly building, executing, on the existing pipeline and optimizing direct and distributor sales of the CE- and FDA-cleared SaaS suite, alongside a soon-to-be-announced new product Gradually building a small team of “hunters,” driving lead generation, conversion, and repeatable, scalable results Implementing GTM strategies across priority markets (Benelux/Western Europe first, and initially opportunistic in the US and APAC) with deep local understanding and agile distributor management Attractive salary with uncapped commission, where your results directly fuel your earnings Equity/SARS upside The unique opportunity to be part of a truly transformational company, giving neurosurgeons and patients tools they genuinely need Significant career growth opportunities Ideally, you’ll be based in the Netherlands, but candidates elsewhere in Europe who are happy to spend time onsite with the team are highly attractive.
