Job Opportunity

In a vibrant and modern workspace in the heart of Barcelona, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As the creators of Warhammer, we aim to drive growth with our client base across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make weekly calls to independent retailers (toy stores, hobby shops, bookstores, etc.) to ensure they have the right product range in stock
- Advise them on the best products to suit their business needs, helping them maximize sales opportunities
- Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with your customers
- Conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items
- Keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals
- Look for ways to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
- High-level multitasking and organisational skills
- Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales

The Offer:
- Estimated annual salary: €32,000 (including benefits)
- Generous benefits package including 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays, profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme
- Relocation support
- Perks: 25% to 50% discount on our products
- Working hours: 40h per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00

Requirements:
- Language ability: Fluent English and Polish, plus one additional language from Dutch, German, French, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Italian, Norwegian, or Czech
- Location: Full-time office role at our Barcelona office
- Education: Degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Driver#39;s licence: Current driver#39;s licence required
