Job Summary:

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Oil and Gas Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and presenting top talent for mid- to senior-level executive positions within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and develop a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Utilize various sourcing methodologies, including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, and social media recruitment strategies, to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to track research and recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting.
  • Proven experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies, including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Fluent English mandatory; a second language is a significant advantage.
