At ARQUIMEA, we are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial strategies and build strong relationships with key clients in the aerospace, defense, and telecommunications sectors.

Job Overview

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, including government institutions and technology companies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Work closely with engineering departments to ensure products meet customer technical requirements
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A university degree in Telecommunications or related field, with specialization in radio and antenna systems
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the aerospace, defense, and telecommunications sectors
  • Previous experience working with customers such as Defense, ESA, or Airbus is highly valued
  • Experience in radio frequency systems and antenna design
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are highly valued
Compensation and Benefits
