Join Our Team as a Senior Data Scientist

At GMV, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to participate in the development of predictive solutions and the continued improvement of operations and services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for interpreting and applying large volumes of data in a public transport context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, construction, and maintenance of data infrastructure and databases.
  • Development and optimization of ETL processes to integrate, transform, and load data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, perform statistical analysis, and generate information and visualizations.
  • Discover machine learning models to predict trends and behaviors.
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and implementations of BI to facilitate data access and understanding for end-users.
Requirements:
  • Implementation and deployment of predictive models in production (Python FastAPI,.NET Core, C++, etc.).
  • Python data-stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.).
  • ETL transfers and database platforms.
  • Statistical analysis.
  • Understanding of machine learning principles and ability to implement predictive models.
  • Technical fundamentals of optimization techniques (non-convex optimization with gradient descent, heuristics, Mixed-Integer Linear Programming, discrete optimization, etc.).
