Join Our Team as a Senior Data Engineer

At GMV, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and optimize data models to improve data quality and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, perform statistical analysis, and generate insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data engineering practices remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data engineering, with a strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in data processing frameworks like Apache Beam or Spark.
  • Strong understanding of data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based storage options.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
