Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our BI & Systems team to aggregate and harmonize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the board.
- Connect the dots between insights and work with BI to translate data into technical needs, driving business decisions and growth.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment on performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring a unified understanding of our business.
- Build and maintain an end-to-end funnel view of our business, analyzing integrated data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends in the revenue cycle.
- Extract actionable insights and proactively inform sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, driving business growth and improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role focused on revenue-driving insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analysis platforms, with a strong understanding of BI tools and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the revenue cycle and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders at various levels.
