Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Insights Analyst to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a Junior Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering insightful reports on Retail & consumer panels to optimize portfolio performance and beat the market.
Main Responsibilities:- Collect, clean, and upload data from Sell out partners (Nielsen, Circana, Kantar) to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into portfolio performance, utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platforms.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sell out measurement, implementing improvements to reporting processes as needed.
- Regular analysis on competitor activities, market trends, and industry benchmarks to inform business decisions.
- Implement Consumer research and enable communication with research agencies while ensuring implementation of Global recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting aligned with business objectives.
- One year of experience in FMCG company (spirits drinks is a plus).
- Must have experience working with panel data: Nielsen, IRI, etc.
- Experience using some data software and programs: Power BI, Nielsen (Discover, answers), UVE, etc.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar (Master is a plus).
- Good understanding of the market dynamics and metrics.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Good balance between analytical and creative skills.
- Great team player.
- High skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
