About the Role

Mirakl SAS, a global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our EMEA business, with a focus on selling our Mirakl Ads solution to retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Go-to-Market Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to set quarterly objectives and develop a sales strategy to achieve them.
  • Pursue Retailers: Identify and pursue retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within your assigned geographic area.
  • Oversee the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Gain Knowledge of Mirakl's Solutions: Develop a thorough understanding of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to attract and grow partnerships.
  • Establish Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospect organizations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Drive Revenue: Acquire new customers using a solution-selling approach and maintain an adequate sales pipeline.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry.
  • Experience Managing a Sales Team: Some experience managing a sales team successfully.
  • Essential Experience in Retail Media: Demonstrated expertise in Retail Media.
  • BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance: A degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is desirable.
  • Expedited Sales Cycle: Ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms.
  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Robust negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with a sales quota.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency in English.
