About the Role

The Sales Team at VTEX works directly with companies worldwide to ideate, plan, and implement transformative digital projects using our solutions and products. The team focuses on selling new projects and services according to the customer's needs, bringing growth and competitive advantage.

About the Job

The VTEX Account Executive will focus on selling our digital commerce services, spanning the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification, sales pursuits, closing strategy, and execution to account management. The account executive will build and maintain strong relationships with VTEX clients, working closely with C-Levels, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value our solutions add to their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VTEX clients
  • Work closely with C-Levels to understand client needs and showcase the value of VTEX solutions
  • Sell digital commerce services across the entire sales lifecycle
  • Qualify opportunities, pursue sales, and close deals
  • Develop and execute account management strategies

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the VTEX platform
  • Humble and able to recognize when to connect the right VTEX professionals with client decision-makers
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Business-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Front-office market knowledge, including Commerce, Marketplace, Order Management, and Omnichannel
  • Tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems
  • Advanced English knowledge
