About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team at Semrush. As a BI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to help our stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share insights
  • Develop and maintain data sources and dashboards to align with internal BI guidelines
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data visualization tools and techniques
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance of dashboards and data sources
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in BI analysis, development, or data analysis
  • Basic Tableau or advanced Power BI experience
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to prepare complex queries
  • Excellent data visualization skills and ability to create clear and compelling visualizations
