About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions using data modeling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools.
  • Work with large datasets and distributed computing technologies to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with customers to identify strategic opportunities in the field of data engineering.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing technologies.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Experience with SQL and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
