Job Summary

Vueling Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for managing our e-learning platform, ensuring that all crew members are properly trained and certified for line operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage E-Learning Platform: Activate required courses for crew members, monitor completion, and update training records.
  • Support Crew Members: Assist with queries and doubts related to e-learning training courses through Salesforce.
  • Monitor Digital Training Records: Review forms sent by instructors, monitor completion, and control digital training record reporting platform.
  • Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of departmental processes, focusing on optimizing administrative procedures related to training management.
  • Operations Manual: Review and update the Operations Manual to ensure alignment with current administrative practices, proposing enhancements where necessary.
Main Accountabilities
  • Schedule e-learning training courses for flight & cabin crew at the e-learning platform.
  • Communicate with crew members about their e-learning course status.
  • Deliver updated training expiration dates after crew members complete e-learning training courses.
  • Deal with crew members' queries & doubts received in Salesforce.
  • Activate and follow up on electronic reports issued by instructors from the electronic records platform.
  • Maintain and update the Training section of the Operations Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulatory framework and operational safety standards.
Requirements
  • Degree or Vocational Training (FP).
  • Desired administrative role with scheduling, activation, monitoring, and updating records experience.
  • Desired previous work experience in a regulated environment or regulatory compliance.
Competencies
  • High communication, resolution, and resolutive skills.
  • High capacity to work independently and in groups.
  • High motivation, proactivity, and initiative skills.
  • High Excel knowledge - Macros (SQL desired).

Spanish C1, English B2.
