Vueling, the first Top Employer airline in Europe, is seeking an exceptional Operational Manual Specialist - Aviation Compliance Expert to join our team. This pivotal role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of operational manuals, guaranteeing seamless adaptation to procedural changes, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Become an expert in operational manuals and regulatory documentation, navigating, interpreting, and applying regulatory standards within these documents.
- Manage and update operational manuals, ensuring they reflect current procedures, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement well-documented procedural changes that improve operational efficiency and comply with regulatory standards.
- Ensure successful project outcomes by integrating specialist knowledge into cross-departmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Training, and Ground Operations, to ensure procedural changes and documentation align with operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, addressing questions and concerns regarding Vueling's operational procedures.
- Develop new operational procedures for emerging needs, identifying and addressing gaps in current guidelines.
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field, providing a solid foundation in aeronautical engineering to understand and manage technical details involved in updating and maintaining operational manuals.
- Extensive knowledge of operational manuals and regulatory documentation, with experience in managing operational manuals, understanding aviation regulations, and implementing procedural changes within an airline or aviation context.
- Familiarity with European aviation regulations and standards, including EASA regulations, ensuring compliance and proper implementation of required changes.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing operational manuals, understanding aviation regulations, and implementing procedural changes within an airline or aviation context.
This role is based in Viladecans - HC / Barcelona, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading airline. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as staff travel, discounts, and a flexible working model.
