We are seeking a highly skilled Lung Cancer Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting J&J Cancer Therapy medicines across prioritized Integrated Care Systems and Cancer Alliance footprints.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Promotion: Drive clinical demand for brands & defined indications as a priority through execution of brand strategy & key tactics in-field.
- Business Development: Lead the business plan for implementation within NHS Trusts and other defined local accounts as agreed with Business Leaders.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with Primary Care Network (PCN) Cancer customers and/or Cancer Locality Groups dependent on the Strategic Account Plan agreed with your SAM/NSM.
- Market Analysis: Develop a detailed understanding of NHS Trust health priorities, local NHS Trust Pathways, and inter-connectivity of the patient journey to inform effective business planning & customer engagement.
- Product Launch: Ensure readiness for adoption onto hospital formulary on the day of launch.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with regional clinical leaders across Lung Cancer and Bladder Cancer.
- Market Research: Map and prioritize the likely adoption flow of NHS Hospitals.
- Strategic Planning: Prepare launch mapping for different types of formulation launch in Lung Cancer and Bladder Cancer understanding the needs of each key account from a service and implementation perspective.
- Collaboration: Engage with SAM/SS/MSL to advance plans and connections to Cancer Alliance and Genomic Hubs where appropriate.
- Target Identification: Create and validate target lists across key footprints.
- Assertive Communication: Deliver assertive and balanced clinical arguments to positively challenge behaviours/status quo to influence clinicians to drive prescribing behavioural change.
