About the Role

Vantive, a new company built on our legacy, is revolutionizing kidney care and other vital organ support. As a Therapy Specialist for Acute Therapies, you will become part of a community of people who are focused, courageous, and driven to help improve patients' lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and showcase healthcare professionals on Kidney products
  • Partner with local account managers to develop and implement territory business plans
  • Educate on Company's Portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choice for customers
  • Nurture relationships to defend existing business base, via customer support, service, and differentiating solutions clinically versus the competition
  • Assist with tenders, including pre-tender focused activity, tender submission, and post-tender follow-up
  • Engage regularly with local and national team/peer group to drive a culture of collaboration, support, and sharing best practice
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT to ensure successful delivery of implementation
Requirements
  • Relevant clinical background
  • Familiarity working in or around the hospital healthcare sector
  • Registered nurse or equivalent
  • Passion for traveling (field-based position)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Bonus - Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of relevant therapy area
  • Training qualification
