About the Role

At Medtronic, we're committed to empowering individuals and teams to drive growth and success in the field of Structural Heart (SH) products. As a Field Therapy Development Training and Education Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in championing healthcare access and equity for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing training and support to employees in need of product, procedural, or sales training to drive business growth in Western Europe.
  • Analyze clinical papers and create educational content to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring consistent delivery of product and procedural training curriculum across Western Europe.
  • Collaborate with the Global team to implement quality initiatives promoting positive procedure outcomes, including reviews, product complaints, and investigations.
  • Provide cross-functional representation and support to Physician Education, Sales, and Marketing Departments, as well as R&D and Clinical Affairs Departments.
  • Stay current with therapy growth trends, society guidelines, and market dynamics to inform future learning needs and recommendations for ongoing enhancements to curriculum.

  • Proven experience in sales, procedural support, and training, with a strong understanding of Medtronic's TAVI therapy.
