Highly Skilled Sales Performance Coach With Italian

Job Summary:We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Quality Analyst with Italian. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for enhancing service quality and improving sales performance through detailed analysis, feedback, and coaching.
In this role, you'll conduct quality audits of agent transactions monthly, provide timely and constructive feedback to agents and team managers, and create and distribute Quality Assurance reports to stakeholders. You'll also analyze results and recommend training or process improvements, participate in client and internal meetings on quality processes and improvements, lead or participate in monthly calibration sessions with stakeholders, and offer side-by-side coaching to improve agent performance.
Responsibilities:- Conduct quality audits of agent transactions monthly
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to agents and team managers
- Create and distribute Quality Assurance reports to stakeholders
- Analyze results and recommend training or process improvements
- Participate in client and internal meetings on quality processes and improvements
- Lead or participate in monthly calibration sessions with stakeholders
- Offer side-by-side coaching to improve agent performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be proficient in quality monitoring tools and CRM software and have excellent knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
Requirements:- Fluency in Italian and English language
- 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance
- 1+ year of sales experience (outbound, upselling, cross-selling, telemarketing, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and CRM software
