Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
  • Create, maintain, and update customer databases with comprehensive information.
  • Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones.
  • Record detailed call histories and customers' responses.
  • Ensure continuous customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • C2 level of Russian language fluency with English proficiency.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving goals within a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with confidence, competitiveness, tenacity, and proactivity.
  • Able to work independently within a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
