Highly Skilled Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
- Create, maintain, and update customer databases with comprehensive information.
- Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones.
- Record detailed call histories and customers' responses.
- Ensure continuous customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- C2 level of Russian language fluency with English proficiency.
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving goals within a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with confidence, competitiveness, tenacity, and proactivity.
- Able to work independently within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Salary: €21,080 gross/year + up to €3,720 gross/year.
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
