Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead
Salary: We offer a competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance. Additionally, you will receive a generous monthly allowance for lessons on our platform.
About the Role:
As a Customer Support Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive excellence within your team. You will analyze work activities, plan, troubleshoot, and nurture talent while leading by understanding your people. You will work closely with your team to find solutions for our tutors and students, formulate new ideas, and embrace change. Your focus will be on improving key Customer Support metrics such as Contacts per Hour, First Response Time, Customer Happiness, Service Quality, and First Contact Resolution.
