">We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Manager to join our team at Barceló Teguise Beach Resort. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hotel sector.
">Your Responsibilities
">As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting interviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels.">
- Leading studies on questionnaires from the past few months to identify areas for improvement.">
- Solving any issues that may arise during client stays and taking corrective action.">
- Performing tasks related to the operational area to maintain contact with staff, clients, and stay up-to-date with departmental functions.">
- Studying equipment used in the department (quantity and condition) and identifying potential complaints or claims.">
- Providing information to other departments about special guests or relevant situations.">
- Promoting sales of additional services and products.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.">
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hotel sector.">
- Excellent English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.">
