As an Engineering Manager at Signaturit Group, you'll collaborate with diverse teams on innovative projects that make a global impact, whether in tech, sales, customer success, or marketing.
About the Role
As an experienced technical manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Software Engineers, guiding them in developing one of our core products. You'll foster their technical growth, encourage skill advancement, and support their career development.
You'll cultivate a high-performance culture that embodies our engineering excellence and customer-centric approach. Collaborating across teams, you'll partner closely with Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver an outstanding client-side experience, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with business objectives.
You'll streamline agile processes, implementing and overseeing an efficient, lightweight agile workflow to effectively track progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain the delivery of top-quality work.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a technical manager in a tech-driven company or department, showcasing your ability to lead with confidence.
- Able to consistently promote an environment rooted in ownership, autonomy, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Possess the skills to identify potential, develop team members, and inspire a cohesive, motivated group.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in backend development, especially in creating web applications using modern frameworks, with a preference for experience in PHP.
- Have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Align team goals seamlessly with business objectives, adeptly navigate complex challenges, and support long-term strategic initiatives.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and provide insightful feedback and coaching.
- Experience or familiarity with digital signatures is a strong plus.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
