We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives to meet the demands of our partners. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with the objectives and priorities of both organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans that align with the objectives and priorities of both organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure they are adequately briefed on partner requirements
- Oversee workflow between our organization and partners, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitor progress of initiatives and projects related to partner partnerships
- Serve as primary point of contact for commercial teams and address any issues or concerns
- Experience leading complex projects with commercial impact
- Able to lead projects in a highly effective and independent manner
- Strong experience implementing processes
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
