At Qlik, we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management team, you'll play a crucial role in understanding user needs and managing customer journeys to drive successful and loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and follow-up research activities to evaluate complex workflows and user experiences.
- Work closely with the Voice of the Customer team, Customer Success Journey Designers, and Analysts to develop research/test plans and support project objectives.
- Conduct usability testing with Qlik customers and partners, and share findings with other teams.
- Think strategically about incorporating user research best practices into future Qlik customer experience development.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in user research and usability analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, User Research, or related field.
- Proven track record of executing usability studies and excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including remote testing, metrics-based testing, and user-centered design principles.
