About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and proactive IT Systems Engineer to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. The main areas of this unit include:

  1. Designing and deploying server resources to host our services
  2. Solving technical challenges in the domain of IoT
  3. Evaluating security risks and reducing vulnerabilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and managing SCADA servers based on Windows Server using failover clustering
  2. Configuring and maintaining computer networks, including switches, routers, and VPNs
  3. Deploying and maintaining virtualized server environments
  4. Troubleshooting and maintaining IIOT devices based on embedded Linux
  5. Monitoring hardware and service health
  6. Automating frequent tasks using PowerShell scripting
  7. Providing technical support to internal staff or external customers
  8. Contributing to technical documentation
  9. Engaging in knowledge sharing and technical discussions with other IT experts

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in different Windows Server versions using FSMO roles
  2. Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions
  3. Proven experience with HyperV and VmWare ESXi
  4. Experience in different network topologies involving redundancy protocols in layers 2 and 3
  5. Experience in SQL server and SQL cluster administration
  6. Knowledge of Linux administration
  7. Demonstrated experience in automation tools like Ansible or Puppet
  8. Ability to create scripts to automate actions using PowerShell, bash scripting, or Python
  9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry
  10. High School Diploma required; Technical or bachelor's degree preferred
  11. Good organizational skills and ability to work in a pressurized project environment
  12. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  1. Certifications: Microsoft (AZ-800, AZ-801), LPIC2 certification, or CCNP
  2. Experience with VPN IPSEC or GRE Tunnels
  3. Experience with real HA environments
  4. Experience with observability stack frameworks
  5. Experience with k8s environments
