Job Overview

Berry Global Inc is seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our EMEIA Systems Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading lifecycle management and patching of our IT infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle management of IT infrastructure components, ensuring timely patching and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and third parties on best practices for lifecycle management.
  • Develop and improve upgrade and patching routines through tools and automation.
  • Work with the security team to define, maintain, and monitor compliance with security policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects and daily operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operational experience with Windows and Linux platforms, server and storage technologies, and IT lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience with IT lifecycle management, patching, and upgrade routines.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Additional language skills, such as French, are highly regarded.
