Overview

Berry Global Inc is a leading plastic packaging company that operates globally, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our EMEIA Systems Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead lifecycle and patch management of IT infrastructure components and systems managed by the team.
  • Collaborate with the EMEIA systems team manager to ensure the effective management of IT technologies used in Berry Global.
  • Work with conventional and hyperconverged IT infrastructure and technologies such as VMWare, Windows, Linux, Veeam, Citrix, SCCM, MDM, monitoring, security, and cloud-based IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience with Active Directory Domain Services, Linux OS, PowerShell, OS and software deployment, patching of software, operating systems, and infrastructure components, Windows Client and Server OS, server and storage technologies, and VMWare vSphere.
  • Strong experience with IT lifecycle management.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Additional language skills, such as French, are highly regarded.
