Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Iberia Head of Orthodontic Business Unit to lead our expansion in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and clinical teams to execute our Ortho GTM strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, including P&L budgeting and forecasting, to achieve net sales and contribution margin targets.
  • Implement our GTM process, leveraging our Selling Machine Model framework, to drive sales, marketing, and education efforts.
  • Develop and lead an integrated sales, marketing, and education plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop local courses, events, and services.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the aligner business, with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in financial analysis.
  • Good written and spoken English.
