Italian Fundraising Coordinator

Street Child is a dynamic and ambitious international development charity dedicated to empowering vulnerable children worldwide by providing access to education and sustainable livelihoods for their families.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Italian intern to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to our fundraising efforts in Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify new funding prospects, including trusts, foundations, and major donors in Italy, and establish relationships with them.
- Develop and write compelling funding proposals for trusts and foundations, leveraging knowledge of Street Child's projects and programs.
- Support marketing and communications efforts, promoting local and international events, and maintaining our website.
- Assist with administrative tasks, supporting the day-to-day operations of Street Child Italy.
- Build and manage collaborations and partnerships with other organizations and companies to drive business development.
- Coordinate volunteer activities, manage the existing volunteer base, and help recruit new volunteers to the network.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- Interest in the non-profit sector and Street Child's mission.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Native Italian level and professional English skills.
- Knowledge of the web, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, or international development is an asset.
As a Street Child intern, you will gain valuable experience, develop your professional and personal skills, and contribute to a dynamic and international team. We provide assistance in applying for grants like Erasmus+ and offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for a great cause.
