Italian Fundraising Coordinator

Street Child is a dynamic and ambitious international development charity dedicated to empowering vulnerable children in West Africa and Asia by providing them with access to education and sustainable livelihoods.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Italian Fundraising and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the non-profit sector and a willingness to learn and adapt to our organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct fundraising research and identify new funding prospects in Italy, including trusts, foundations, and major donors.
- Write compelling funding proposals for trusts and foundations, utilizing knowledge of Street Child's projects and programs.
- Promote local and international events, update the website, and manage social media platforms to engage with our audience.
- Support day-to-day tasks for Street Child Italy, including administrative and business development activities.
- Build and manage collaborations and partnerships with other organizations and companies to further our mission.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- Native Italian level and professional English skills are required, with Spanish being a plus.
- Knowledge of the web, social media, and Microsoft Office is essential.
As a Street Child team member, you will gain valuable experience and skills in fundraising, marketing, and international development. You will also have the opportunity to work with a young and dynamic team, meet culturally diverse people, and practice different languages.
