Italian Fundraising Coordinator

Street Child is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable children in West Africa and Asia by providing them with access to education and sustainable livelihoods. Our mission is to create a world where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Italian intern to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the non-profit sector and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct fundraising research and identify new funding prospects in Italy
- Write funding proposals for trusts and foundations using knowledge of Street Child's projects
- Promote local and international events, update the website, and manage social media
- Support day-to-day tasks for Street Child Italy and build collaborations with other organizations
- Manage the existing volunteer base and help recruit new volunteers
- Self-motivated and pro-active with excellent communication skills
- Interest in the non-profit sector and Street Child's mission
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Native Italian level and professional English skills required
As a Street Child intern, you will gain valuable experience and skills, including fundraising, marketing, and project management. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team and contribute to a meaningful cause.
