Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to join our sales team for the French Market and contribute significantly to the success of Metro Markets Gmbh. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert telephone consultations to our business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in commercial kitchen technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise on and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to French customers.
- Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
- Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
- Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
About You:
- You have experience in the hospitality industry, restaurant management, or with corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector.
- You possess strong communication skills and can present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
- Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service in a telephone-based role.
- You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to optimize customer service continuously.
- Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous.
