Backend Developer for Green Energy Transition

We are a rapidly growing tech company specializing in the renewable energy sector, accelerating the green energy transition by enabling fully autonomous renewable energy operations.
Our MissionWe aim to enhance operational scalability and profitability through our SaaS platform ARSOS, which seamlessly integrates with all types of renewables employing RPA-based remote commands.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
Key Responsibilities- Server-Side Development: Design and implement efficient, testable, and reusable backend modules, developing clean, robust, and scalable code.
- Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity, performance, and security, managing data exchange between the server and users.
- Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimization: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set up objectives and design more functional cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages, preferably C#.
- Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement API-based architectures including REST.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical team members.
- Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed by project demands.
