The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Market Development Representative to generate new business opportunities.

You will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and set up meetings for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective companies and decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation techniques
  • Strong communication and networking abilities
  • Persistent and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
