Job Overview

This role is part of a high-growth environment that's reshaping the future of B2B finance. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and play a key role in expanding the sales funnel through cold and warm outreach campaigns.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound outreach efforts.
  • Conduct research to build strategic prospect lists and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects using the Rampd selling framework and BANT criteria.
  • Schedule discovery calls for account executives and manage CRM updates with attention to detail and accuracy.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS fintech. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, along with confidence in communicating with C-level executives (training provided), is essential. We're looking for someone with grit, a growth mindset, and a passion for mastering sales.
