Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a robust network of Hematologists and Oncologists to promote Massive Bio's offerings
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to create awareness and drive adoption of our clinical trial enrollment services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and gather feedback from physicians' offices
- Analyze market trends and territory potential to inform business development efforts
- 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies and/or CRO
- Extensive network of Hematologists and Oncologists
- Strong understanding of clinical trials and patient referral processes
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
