Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels
  • Effectively generating and managing a pipeline of leads from prospecting to qualification to last touch
  • Setting up meetings between prospects and Sales (Account Executives, Partners) or Account Managers
  • Reporting to Business Development Managers on sales results
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building long-term trusting relationships with clients and colleagues

What skills will make you successful in this role?

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations
