Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our Sales & Client Management team as a Business Development Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Client Segmentation and Prioritization: Utilize data analysis and insights to segment our client base, prioritize targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Opportunity Mapping and Monitoring: Develop and maintain ongoing opportunity maps, providing data-driven insights to Sales & Client Management leadership to maximize potential outcomes.
- Growth Strategies and Product Penetration: Support the development of growth strategies, including prospect identification, prioritization, and product penetration analysis.
- Relationship Building and Joint Account Planning: Build and maintain relationships with clients, locally, regionally, and globally, to identify and develop joint account planning opportunities.
- Data-Driven Client Opportunities: Collaborate with marketing to develop and track performance of data-driven client opportunities.
- Account Plan Action Items and Monitoring: Work closely with the team to develop and track account plan action items, monitor follow-up actions, and consolidate information to report to Leadership.
- Sales Tools Enablement and Global Sales Methodology: Ensure alignment with global sales methodology and enablement of sales tools to ensure consistency in our offering.
- Business Acumen: Hold a business-related university degree.
- Business Support Experience: Possess 2+ years of experience working in a business support role.
- Technical Business Analysis: Demonstrate practical knowledge of technical business analysis and appropriate tools to achieve this aim.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Representation and Communication: Ability to represent the Sales & Client Management practice and Reconocida empresa with integrity and credibility.
- Communication and Influencing Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Technical Skills: Experienced in Microsoft tools, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional Development: Progress and/or willingness towards industry-recognized qualification(s).
